This will then stay in their 'Other Calendars' section in Outlook. They can then click the Open button from the email to view the calendar. Once you have clicked the Share button, the other user will receive an email. Once you have selected the user, choose the level of permissions they need from the drop down menu then click share. Right-click 'Calendar' under Your Calendars and select Sharing Permissions.Įnter the email address of the user you would like to share your calendar with and select them from the list. Select the calendar icon at the bottom left of the page. Open a web browser and go to Enter your email address, then password and sign in. If you do not use Microsoft 365, please see the guide here.
